Soak almonds in aminos. The longer you leave them in the liquid the stronger the flavor will be, I soaked mine for 2 hours and the flavor was great.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Using slotted spoon transfer almonds to sheet pan lined in parchment paper. Almonds should be in a single layer, do not overcrowd pan.
Roast 10 minutes, remove from oven and stir with rubber spatula. Return to oven and roast an additional 5-10 minutes.
Let cool completely before serving. Stores well in airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
